Savannah Woods Plantation (SWP) offers Wedding and Reception Packages starting at $4295 for 50 guests. We can accommodate Weddings & Receptions from 50 to 150 guests. SWP is a full service facility simplifying your planning by providing a host of services including: flowers, cakes, catering, tables, chairs, music and much more. A Wedding Coordinator is provided to help make the most of your wedding.

CATERING:We have an in-house caterer known for great cooking and impeccable service. The food presentation and decorations are presented flawlessly on a ten foot table in the grand dining room. Tall ceilings and an ornate fireplace provide a special touch. We offer a variety of menu choices and welcome your requests or suggestions.

ALCOHOL: You can bring in alcohol separately under certain guidelines. Beer, Wine and Champagne only, please – NO HARD LIQUOR ALLOWED. If you use a bartender they must be licensed. Self service for your alcohol is also an option. All items associated with the alcohol must be provided by you, including ice, cups and napkins. There is an Alcohol Liability Fee of $250 and a $150 additional clean up fee.

PACKAGES OFFERED

Wedding Packages are priced and supplied according to the number of guests expected. Packages include a cake budget, flower budget, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, flatware, cups, wedding punch, iced tea (or coffee), and water, guest sign in table, gift table with card cage, white wood padded chairs, ceremony and reception music, cake tables for the Bride and Groom cakes, 60” round tables with linens and centerpieces with candles. The Wedding Coordinator will be present to help keep your wedding day on track and ensure nothing is left out. Additional items can be rented for your use: unity candle stand, cake cutting, kneeling bench, and other items.

The Wedding Package includes a rehearsal led by the Wedding Coordinator. The package includes five hours for the wedding and reception, two hours before the ceremony and three hours for the ceremony/reception. Reception only events are good for four hours.
